Shipping Timeline

Non-Personalized Products: Products that are not personalized are typically shipped within 48-72 working hours. Delivery times vary based on location and courier service.
Personalized Products: Orders containing personalized products require 4-21 working days for production, after which they are dispatched for delivery. Customers will be notified once their order has been shipped.
Same-Day Delivery: Available for select products within Mumbai if orders are placed before 01:00 PM. Same-day delivery is limited to specific areas, excluding Navi Mumbai, Once order is placed cannot be canceled.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday.

In the event of an unusually high volume of orders, delivery and dispatch times may experience slight delays.
Once the Shipment is ready it will be delivered in 7 – 10 working days.
You can track your orders using the tracking details shared with you via email or contact number.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Eligibility

Free Shipping for Domestic Orders:

Orders between ₹2599 and ₹9999 qualify for free shipping within India.
Shipping fees will be applied to orders below ₹2599 or above ₹9999.
Shipping charges, if applicable, we will be inform you by mail or Phone Number.

Courier Selection:

The courier service for your order will be determined based on your PIN code and the availability of logistics partners like DHL, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Borzo, etc.
Customers cannot choose the courier company; the selection is optimized for the best delivery service in your location.

Express Shipping/Same-Day Delivery in Mumbai

Yes, we offer same-day shipping within Mumbai, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday, and other national holidays. Orders must be placed before 01:00 PM to qualify.

Liability Transfer After Dispatch

Once your order has been handed over to the courier company, all liability for the package passes to you, the customer.
Inkspire Studios is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays after the courier takes possession.
We will provide tracking information, and customers must contact the courier directly for any delivery issues.
Claims for loss or damage in transit must be made directly with the courier service.

Global Shipping Terms

Customs Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional import charges.
Restricted Items: Some items may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. Modifications to your order may be required based on these regulations.
Damages in Transit: If your order is damaged during transit, contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence to initiate the replacement process.

Address Changes

Customers can update their shipping address before dispatch by contacting us.
Once the product has been dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, the package will be returned to Inkspire Studios, and additional shipping fees will apply for re-dispatch.

Packaging & Delivery Attempts

Packaging Types: We offer Standard, Seasonal Special, and Premium Gift Boxes. Packaging will be selected based on product availability and customer requests.
Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt to deliver packages up to three times. Undelivered packages will be returned to Inkspire Studios, and additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Goods

Report damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence is required for claim processing.
Replacement will be processed only after claim validation. Inkspire Studios is not liable for damages caused during transit.

Global Shipping Terms

High-value shipments can be insured upon customer request for an additional fee.
If insurance is declined, the customer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage during transit.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility:

  • Non-Personalized Items: Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized items if they are:
          1. Unused
          2. In their original condition
  • Personalized Items: Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refund Processing:

         1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will credit the amount                                      within 5-8 business days.
          2. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Split Shipments

If your order contains items with different production timelines, Inkspire Studios will ship the entire order once all items are ready.
Customers may request split shipments for an additional shipping fee within 24-48 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

Customer Responsibility for Customs & Taxes

Customers must understand their country’s customs regulations and pay any applicable duties, taxes, or fees.
Inkspire Studios is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from customs issues.

Open Orders

For certain orders, design confirmation is required before production. We will make up to three attempts to contact you via registered email or WhatsApp. Orders with no response within three months will be marked as closed.

Signature & Verification Upon Delivery

High value orders may require a signature or verification (such as OTP) upon delivery. If unavailable, the package may be returned to the courier’s depot or Inkspire Studios, with additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Delays caused by weather conditions, customs, or courier issues are beyond our control.
Estimated delivery times are guidelines and not guarantees.

Payment Link Requests

For bulk or customized orders, payment links incur a 2% processing fee, which is directed entirely to the payment provider.

Holiday/Peak Season Shipping

Delivery times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons. Please place orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
